Rain chances and windy conditions are the main topic.
Winds Friday and Friday night will gust into the 30’s. Winds Sunday and Sunday night will range from 20 to 30 mph with gusts above 40 possible (especially across MO/IL).
Wind Friday (highest winds late morning into the night)
Wind Sunday (highest winds during the afternoon and night)
Rain chances ramp up Friday.
Model guidance continues to struggle with the timing of the rain.
Best chances will begin across southeast Missouri from late morning into the afternoon. Rain spreads eastward through the day into the evening. Rain ends Friday night.
